What is The Center For Growth’s focus?

When we first began in 1997, we were exclusively focused on issues related to sexuality. In 2005 we began working with clients struggling with other types of issues, such as depression, anxiety and grief. In 2010 we launched our first support group. Today, we have over ten different active therapeutic and support groups. In addition to widening the types of services offered to clients, our mission changed to helping clinician’s understand how they wanted their future to look and following their therapeutic passions. This shift away from sex therapy was profound. Today we are a much more dynamic organization that is always growing and shifting to support the needs of our clinician’s. We have grown exponentially in the types of groups, workshops and trainings that we offer. Additionally, we now work collaboratively with many more types of institutions that we ever did in the past. As we have shifted our focus and expanded the number of services that we offer clients, we have become one of the leading organizations to train therapists.
